Spooky Reflections at Ching-Chou Kuik

This week Bonnie challenged the team to 'Let your light shine'.  I have made my first double twisted easel and used 'Blue Pumpkin' twice to create the effect of a reflection.

Emoji Birthday

It's been harder to get cards made during the summer; I get my stash out and the kids just want to be all over it!  But colouring isn't so bad as I only need my image and pens out.  I did get a card made today though because I've gone really CAS and just let the image shine! 
It's all about the phones and texting these days, so I couldn't resist 'Wrynn's Emoji' by Tiddly Inks with some text speak for a sentiment.

Summer Cake & Strawberries

Summer to me is my daughter's birthday and strawberries, so my inspiration for this card is my kitchen!  This year I made a birthday cake and my daughter helped to decorate it.  No strawberries on it, but they are always present (I actually had a really big one in the last punnet I bought!!)

The cake in Power Poppy's 'Tea Cake with Strawberries' image looks so yummy I want to eat it. My cake was yummy too though... chocolate chip and it didn't last long!
