Spooktacular Spice Fairy

 Hello Crafty Peeps,

It's almost Halloween so I had to make one last spooky creation! I've been colouring scenes using Sweet November images lately, so I thought I would change things up with a pop up front step panel card (this name is so long I usually just call it a 3D card!). For some reason I always end up using this style for Halloween cards. I never give them, but they make fantastic decor pieces.

The Pumpkin Spice Fairy has decided to stick around to watch the Trick or Treaters, so she's dressed in her favourite Halloween colours and chilling out in a cup with her PSL!

I just need to add a piece of twine to the back so I can hang this as a decoration with my others.

Thank-fall at Tiddly Inks

 Hello Tiddly Peeps,

I don't know about you but I'm so not ready for winter yet. I can really feel it coming though with the freezing winds we are having right now. Brrr.

'Pumpkin Patch Molly' is feeling the same, so I've added her to a warm-coloured Thanks card, perfect for autumn days.

Going Digital at The Paper Shelter

 Hello Crafty Peeps,

This week's theme at The Paper Shelter is super easy - you just have to use a Digital Image!

I have used 'Mysterious Skull & Roses' to create a shadow box frame as a gift for a friend.

I wanted my background to have a look of a smoky atmosphere

I bought these skull beads to make some jewellery and had some left over. So glad I did as they are perfect for this project.

Black and red flowers are the perfect finishing touch

Please come and join in our challenge this week and remember, you can use any image but if you use a Paper Shelter image you are eligible for a higher value prize!

A Little Spooky

 Hello Crafty Peeps,

I've been having fun with some spooky images from Sweet November to create a Halloween Scene. I merged from 'Vampire Cavern', 'Spooky Full Moon', 'Spooky Tree', 'Bubbling Cauldron' and 'Tree Friend Hawthorn'. I had another go at the fog technique as it's so perfect for this kind of scene.

Layer It Up at The Paper Shelter

 Hello Crafty Peeps,

It's time for another challenge from team B at The Paper Shelter and this time we are going to Layer It Up.

As it's now what my son loves to call "Spooky Month", I had to use a Halloween Image. You can grab 'My Adorable Little Witch' in the store as well as many other awesome images.

I've added several layers plus texture using an embossing folder, ribbons and sequins. I gave my witch a little Elphaba vibe with green skin,
